Refund Policy

Effective October 18, 2026. The Plane of Tara sells optional Tara Shard bundles through Stripe. Current bundle prices appear in the shop and at Stripe checkout before payment. Tara Shards are digital in-game credits and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Requesting help or a refund

Email [email protected] with your Tara username, checkout email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send your password or full card number. Please contact us within 14 days about an accidental purchase or unused Shards so we can review it promptly. We will correct duplicate charges and purchases that were paid for but not delivered. We also consider other requests involving defective purchases or rights required by law. This policy does not limit your legal consumer rights.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method. We may remove associated unused Shards or digital items when a payment is refunded, and we will explain any account adjustment. A purchase already spent or gifted may not be reversible in-game; we still review the circumstances and any rights required by law. Refund timing after approval depends on Stripe and your payment provider. You may also contact your payment provider about a billing error.
