Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026. The Plane of Tara is operated by MSage. You must be at least 13 to play. The game is free to enter, with optional paid Tara Shard bundles and digital shop items. By creating an account or entering as a guest, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

Accounts and safety

Use accurate account information, keep your password private, and do not use another person's account. Display names can change; login usernames cannot. Guests can explore, chat, and equip placed avatars but cannot save or create content. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, share another person's private information, or use the service to break the law. We may remove content or suspend accounts for abuse, security problems, repeated infringement, or legal obligations. If you believe someone under 13 has an account, contact [email protected].

Player content

You retain your rights to original art, text, and other content you create. You give MSage a non-exclusive license to store, display, transmit, and technically adapt that content as needed to operate and moderate the game. You must have permission for material you post, including artwork, names, music and video links. Do not post infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or privacy-invasive content, or spam or disrupt the service. Creations marked as duplicable can be copied by other players through game features. To report content or infringement, see Copyright and Content Reports.

Tara Shards and digital items

Tara Shards are credits usable only inside The Plane of Tara. They can be bought, earned in-game, and shared only through gift features the game provides. They are not cash, a deposit, or an investment; they cannot be redeemed for money or sold outside the game. Shop items are digital account features, not physical goods. Before spending Shards, check the displayed item and price. Purchases and gifts may become unavailable if an account is closed or content is removed. Shared worlds and availability

Island creators control editing permissions and may delete their islands. Creations and islands may become unavailable due to deletions, moderation, outages, or game changes. We work to preserve player creations, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage; save anything you need outside the game.
